Maddie & Graeme | A Colorful Spring Wedding at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion | Indianapolis Destination Wedding Photographers

Maddie and Graeme dreamed up an extra colorful spring wedding at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion and it came together flawlessly. Maddie is an avid gardener and watcher of Garden Answer on YouTube (just like me!) so, obviously, she was planning to deck out the venue in gorgeous seasonal blooms! All of the rain we have had brought out lush greens in the surrounding garden that complimented their stunning florals flawlessly. Maddie’s ball gown with sweetheart neckline looked absolutely fabulous on her, especially since she paired it with such classy ribbon-tied heels—that I’m still obsessing over! To top off her look, she wore a hair piece that her mother also wore in her own wedding. The couple looked classic together and were absolutely adorable in front of the camera, as always. We hope these two have enjoyed their time in St. Lucia for their honeymoon!

Justin & Francesca | A Dreamy Engagement on a Hazy Early Fall Evening | Indianapolis Destination Wedding Photographers

This engagement is an extra special one to me because it involves my cousin, Justin, and his bride-to-be, Francesca! Growing up, Justin was more like a little brother and I still see him that way today. He was a groomsman in our own wedding and now has found the love of his life! Francesca is such an awesome addition to our family and has been so fun to get to know! I’m thrilled I get to help them with their wedding plans and we will have the honor of capturing the most important parts of their big day, experiencing all of it by their sides. The evening of their engagement session was SO beautiful! We were blessed with a dreamy, hazy night that was filled with light. These two were so easy to photograph—even though they claimed they are super awkward in front of the camera. I don’t see it, do you?! It was so fun capturing just how smitten these two are for each other. I can’t wait to see all of their plans come together on their wedding day next year!

The One Where Ross and Tracey Get Married on Sanibel Island | Florida Destination Wedding Photographers

Here’s to Mr & Mrs Patton!

Ross, Tracey and their closest loved ones gathered on the beaches of Sanibel Island to exchange their vows. It was the most perfect evening, complete with a light breeze and ever-changing scenery. After sealing their love with a kiss and taking in an absolutely stunning sunset, they returned to Casa Ybel for dinner and drinks at Thistle Lodge. This elopement was extra special to us because we also got married on Sanibel’s beautiful sand and had our reception at Thistle Lodge! Such a fun and heartwarming coincidence. To top off their big day, they announced their pregnancy! Double excitement for them and their family! We had a wonderful time capturing this sweet couple’s southwest Florida destination wedding and wish them so much love and happiness throughout the rest of life’s journey!

I decided to title their wedding preview Two "Servant Hearts" because of Claire's father's speech at their wedding reception. He gave an incredible, touching speech that highlighted both her and Will so well. He described their entire journey start to present and labeled them as "Servant Hearts" due to their love of giving back. Their faith is what brought them together and what has kept their love sure and steady. We had a great time capturing their wedding day! They and their loved ones were all so wonderful! We can't wait to see all of their adventures throughout their new life together!

Here's to Mr & Mrs Huffman!

Natalie and Cameron created a beautiful day filled with fall colors and touches of legal elements, representing their personalities and careers perfectly! We have had an absolutely wonderful time working with these two in the journey to their wedding day. Their downtown Indianapolis engagement session is still one of our favorites to this day! They have such laid back personalities but crack jokes with such quick wit! The joy for their marriage was very apparent as the guests filed in for the ceremony. Smiles were struck across every face, even the little kiddos running around! When I asked the two what they were looking forward to most about their marriage, their answer was absolute perfection: "Tackling life's challenges side by side and growing together as people." This is the exact mentality to have when getting married. Your significant other is there to help you grow as a person and likewise.
