Justin & Francesca | A Dreamy Engagement on a Hazy Early Fall Evening | Indianapolis Destination Wedding Photographers

This engagement is an extra special one to me because it involves my cousin, Justin, and his bride-to-be, Francesca! Growing up, Justin was more like a little brother and I still see him that way today. He was a groomsman in our own wedding and now has found the love of his life! Francesca is such an awesome addition to our family and has been so fun to get to know! I’m thrilled I get to help them with their wedding plans and we will have the honor of capturing the most important parts of their big day, experiencing all of it by their sides. The evening of their engagement session was SO beautiful! We were blessed with a dreamy, hazy night that was filled with light. These two were so easy to photograph—even though they claimed they are super awkward in front of the camera. I don’t see it, do you?! It was so fun capturing just how smitten these two are for each other. I can’t wait to see all of their plans come together on their wedding day next year!

On a warm summer day, surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, Lexy and Sean got married! To say these two looked outstanding is an understatement. Their classic styling complimented their simplistic decor and both locations that hosted their big day so perfectly. Sean and his family are very proud of their Irish heritage and he decided to surprise Lexy with a bagpipe performer for the start of dinner hour! That was such a cool addition that made us feel like we had been transported into Outlander! Overall, we had an absolute blast working with them and their loved ones! Their bridal party was a total hoot and these two have such fun, laidback personalities. We hope they enjoyed every moment of their honeymoon in Hawaii!

Here’s to Mr & Mrs Riddle!

What an awesome wedding day Kait and Jon had! Although the rain only let up for about 20 minutes, it was still so bright and beautiful outside. Their elegant wedding was held at the Loft on Isanogel in a beautiful rustic barn, complete with twinkle lights and bushels of romantic florals. They dreamed up the perfect day and we are so thrilled we were able to be a part of it! Our favorite part from the day was their first look. They hadn’t even looked at each other yet and were already crying. It was amazing! Jon told me at the end of the night that it was when he heard me ask Kait to come on out that it hit him. Beside that awesome moment, their vows to each other matched perfectly and were filled with great little inside jokes that made their loved ones (and us) chuckle. We can’t wait to share more from this gorgeous wedding and hope these two enjoyed their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic!

Michaella + Javi | Bright and Bold Winter Engagement | Ball State University - Muncie, IN

I cannot say enough how excited we are for this wedding season! We have some seriously fun couples that are down for anything--even standing in the freezing cold for an hour to get their engagement portraits taken with all of this beautiful snow we've had! The saying is true...pain is beauty! Yesterday afternoon, we were blessed (and shocked) with a sunny day! When we arrived at Ball State University in Muncie, IN, we fell right into step with Michaella and Javi, as if we already knew them. They are such a fun-loving couple that are not afraid to be themselves. We loved watching them laugh together with their pup in the snow. We can't wait to go on this journey with them...all the way to the Dominican Republic!
