Yesterday was Katelin and Robert’s original wedding date. They spent months planning their perfect day but, due to COVID, we will be celebrating their marriage a few months later instead. Regardless of when it happens, it will still be absolutely wonderful! To celebrate their “would be wedding day,” we met for a photography session at Coxhall Gardens in Carmel last night. The sun was shining and giving us all those warm golden tones, the temperature was perfect and the breeze was light. Add their sweet pup, Zoe, into the mix and you have the perfect combo for a dreamy and romantic sunset session! I had so much fun with these two and still cannot wait to capture their wedding day!

Lauren at 10 Months | Springy & Sweet Baby Milestone Photography Session | Carmel Family Photographer

I have been waiting since April to capture this beautiful girl and let me tell you…it was worth the wait! One of my favorite parks in Carmel was filled with lush greens on this misty, cloudy night and it ended up looking so perfect with the outfits Brooke picked out for her! I cannot believe we are already coming up on her 12 month milestone soon. Her first year truly has flown by and I am not ready for her milestone sessions to be over! I have just adored seeing her every few months for updated photos. Keep an eye out for that special session on our blog in July!

Kaitie & Ryan | A Special Family Photography Session Before Deployment | Noblesville Photographer

A little over six months ago, we were celebrating the marriage of this adorable couple on the gorgeous beaches of Nassau in the Bahamas. It quite literally feels like we were just there, enjoying the light breeze coming off the ocean while they exchanged their vows. A couple weeks ago, Kaitie sent me a message letting me know that she was going to be deploying soon. Needless to say, rain or shine, we were going to make this extra special family photography session happen ASAP. Although it was so great catching up with these two and finally meeting their pup, Kaiser, it was bittersweet knowing that this amazing gal would be leaving for a while. I am so honored that she asked me to capture these photos for them and I cannot wait until the next time we get the chance to catch up on life. We are wishing her nothing but the best on this military journey and cannot wait to buy her some drinks upon her safe return! Thank you to this beautiful woman and all of the men and women who have served and are continuing to serve our country.

The Manley Family | Front Porch Mini Photography Session After Quarantine | Noblesville, IN Portrait Photographer

Quarantine has been lifted and I am finally able to capture beautiful families like the Manley’s again! If I’m being honest, I definitely got emotional after this session. It was so freeing being able to get back to doing what I love. I had such a blast catching up with these two and seeing how big Emmy has gotten since her newborn session! She is SO beautiful! I cannot wait to see them again very soon for her milestone session that has been pushed back since March!

I hope all of you have stayed sane, safe and happy during this dreary time. Just remember, no matter where you are at in the world, there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. For me, that light was this outdoor lifestyle session and I am beyond grateful that Amanda asked if I would capture this unique time for them as soon as the shelter in place was lifted.

I absolutely LOVED working with this sweet family during their special in-home lifestyle session in Carmel, IN! Their kiddos and I clicked right away and they had all sorts of stories for me! Anyone who knows me, knows that I adore children and can spend hours listening to all of their fun ideas.
