Emily and Cole’s wedding day was absolute perfection! From their giddy first look to their double feeding of cake after the cutting (because it was that good), we had the best time capturing their big day! They selected beautiful touches of blue tones to pop throughout their classic white florals and it complimented their venues flawlessly. The two were surrounded by so much love and gave so much love back to those around them throughout the day. To top it all off, we could not have asked for better weather at the tail end of fall! As you can see, the dreamy light was definitely our friend! We hope these two have enjoyed their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic!

We met Sadie and Chuck on a beautiful, brisk night last week for their engagement photography session and it was truly lovely! The bright, golden light made for some deep, romantic imagery while the colorful skies gave off a dream-like feel as the two snuggled up. This Carmel park did not disappoint, even on the cusp of spring. We had such a great time giggling through this session with them and cannot wait to capture their big day later this year!

Katy and David are engaged! Although they are planning a summer garden wedding, we ventured out into the snowy woods for a stunning winter engagement session! These two were such champs at braving the snow and were down to get extra chilly by throwing some around—and it was absolutely worth it! Ashley and Kevin met us just after our first good snow and it was such a dreamy session! The early evening light was extra bright but it just emphasized the beauty of the park. Ashley and I were BFF’s in high school and it was so great seeing her again and finally getting to meet Kevin! I’m super glad they brought along their sweet pups for us to meet as well! I’m always here for fur baby kisses! Overall, it was such a fun, relaxed engagement. We cannot wait to capture their big day!

As soon as I saw Stephanie step out in that gorgeous dress, I knew it was about to be an awesome engagement session! When I saw her dress and hair blowing in the only breeze available throughout the park, in that wide open clearing, I got even more excited! To say the English countryside and Jane Austen vibes were happening is an understatement. And I LOVE it. If you know me, you know I’m a bookworm and I’m obsessed with Pride & Prejudice (book and movie—the Kiera Knightley version, of course). Stephanie and Ryan rocked their session and it shows in these photos! I can’t wait to work with them again very soon when we capture their beautiful wedding day!
