Rebekah and Mike were so much fun to capture! We met at one of my favorite parks in Carmel for their sunrise engagement photography session and the early morning was definitely worth it! The park was so lush and green even with the hot summer we’ve been having! It was so enjoyable watching these two make each other laugh and let loose in front of the camera. I already cannot wait to capture their wedding day!

Emilia and Carlos braved a wet, chilly day for their engagement photography session and it was SO WORTH IT! Their session turned out to be so romantic and fun! Not only did we have a great time during the photos of just the two of them, but we also had a blast capturing them with their adorable pups! We cannot wait to capture their wedding day this summer!

Last weekend, we met Chandler and Mitchell at Notre Dame for a special sunrise engagement photography session! We were blessed with a truly perfect morning that was filled with a light haze, pure light and gorgeous end-of-summer greenery. It was so wonderful laughing with this sweet couple as they showed me around the campus. We cannot wait to capture their big day at Notre Dame next spring!

Back in the fall of 2019, we traveled up to Chicago to capture these two on a super chilly and windy evening for their engagement! It was bright and golden and oh so romantic. Lakeshore in Love even featured their stunning session! Fast forward to the spring of 2020 where they had to call off their beautiful wedding due to the shutdown. They still were able to sign the papers and enjoy their day together but it was not at all what they had pictured. Now, they are expecting their first little one and asked us to come visit them for their maternity session! Obviously, we were so down because we absolutely loved working with them! We met at the beach that lines Lake Michigan, just on the edge of Chicago’s Gold Coast. The sun was just peeking out from behind the park and it was definitely cold but these two (and Luna!) were such troopers! They made this session look like it truly was a warm spring morning and laughed through all of the chill. It was such a magical session and we had the absolute best time working with them again!

Chelsea and Kyle planned an elegant wedding at The Carmichael Hotel in Carmel, Indiana. They selected simplistic details with a large emphasis on stunning white florals and touches of gold to compliment the venue’s dreamy design. As soon as I heard their plans, I said this was my kind of wedding! Seeing it all put together on the wedding day did not disappoint! Chelsea was absolutely stunning in her off the shoulder gown. The breeze loved catching her veil—and, obviously, I was here for it. If there’s one thing to know about me, it is that I am obsessed with billowing veils! She and her ladies popped some champagne before slipping into their dresses and we gabbed about Bravo’s housewives (her shoes are so Dorit!) for a bit. Kyle wore a classic black suit with a fun floral tie as an extra pop! Everyone in attendance was so thrilled to be present with them on this special day and no matter where we looked, everyone was smiling. We had so much fun working with these lovebirds and hope they have enjoyed their honeymoon in Sedona, Arizona!
