Over the last five years, we have had the pleasure of capturing beautiful wedding days all across the globe and we can’t wait to continue on with our current and prospecting couples. Our couples come first so all of our other photography sessions are scheduled around our wedding dates. We only book a small number of weddings each year so that we can focus on each couple and the unique day they are planning.

I (Kat) am a firm believer in the importance of an engagement session with your wedding photographer! It is the best way for us to get to know each other personally and photographically.
You get to see the way I work and I get to see your comfort levels in front of the camera while also finding your best angles!
We will spend about an hour laughing and getting to know each other while capturing joyful and romantic memories.
I promise, it is as easy and carefree as it looks!
*Additional fees will apply for locations that require permitting or are outside of Hamilton County, IN.
*If you do not wish to utilize the complimentary engagement session, there will be no discounts given or sustitutions.

Additional coverage hours can be added to any package at the rate of $500/hour at the time of booking or at a later date, once your timeline is more concrete.

Bridal Boudoir

Many of my beautiful brides select to add a special one on one session with me. This is the perfect gift for a groom or way to just feel extra beautiful in that glowing bridal skin!
All of my boudoir sessions are held at my home in Noblesville but I am able to accommodate lifestyle as well as on-location if desired.

Along with destination weddings, capturing destination engagements are always such a blast! Let us know if you are considering an adventurous engagement and we will make it happen!

So many of our couples have returned to us after the big day to capture more monumental moments—and that is our absolute favorite part of our job! We love watching our couples settle into their lives and grow their family (including fur babies). From “closed on our first home” minis to anniversary sessions to full bump & baby milestone packages and more, we are HERE for it!

We believe that photographs should be honest, romantic and timeless. Our main goal is to capture your love story and the events of your wedding day in as natural a way as possible so that your emotions are pure and real. We have a very simplistic approach to our posing since we have you focus more on each other than our cameras. Our editing style is designed to match classic film so that your images remain timeless as the years pass.

Engagements

We are more than willing to travel for engagement sessions! We actually love it when our couples ask us to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! But, if you didn’t already have something in mind, we have various tried and true spots for the wild at heart and the concrete jungle lovers! We book engagement sessions 2-6 months in advance and most locations in Hamilton County are included. We do offer international and state-side destination engagement sessions as well. If a location you have in mind has permitting fees for photography sessions, that would be covered by you but we will submit the form for the permit.

US & International Destination Weddings & Elopements / Weddings Outside of Indiana

We capture weddings all over the states of Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee and Florida, as well as at wedding venues and private locations world wide! Destination weddings are some of our favorites because we love a good adventure! If you are local to us, you are welcome to schedule an engagement session with us. If you are not local, we will block out some time while we are traveling with you so we can adventure and get some fun shots of you two taking in this beautiful location!

Digital Files

We average 50-100 edited images per hour that we shoot. We select the best digital images from the wedding day and edit them in both color as well as black and white. We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your shoes! We only ask that you and your friends/family credit us when sharing images on social media. All of our couples receive a preview of their big day on our blog 1-2 weeks after the wedding! Editing time for a full wedding day’s gallery averages 10-12 weeks depending on the season—and we hear the wait is totally worth it! Each of the best images are edited individually by the hand of Kat because we believe in QUALITY. We do not batch edit images to churn them out faster.

KM Approved Backup Photographers

If for some reason we are not able to capture your day, we will turn to our vast network of professional lead photographers to capture it on our behalf. Each photographer we hire is a skilled lead wedding photographer with years worth of photographing weddings under their belts. We would trust each and every one of them with capturing our own wedding day. Kat still handles all of the editing and delivery of images!

We, along with every photographer we hire, holds a high respect for wedding days. Most likely, we will be dressed in black or neutral tones. Our clothing is always comfortable, functional and professional to keep us moving throughout the many hours of your big day while blending in with your guests. We are efficient and effective in our work to guarantee a beautiful gallery of images to remember the best day of your lives. We love when other vendors appreciate working as a team to curate a brilliant event, which is why we provide a list of our preferred vendors that have proven to hold that same ideal. Every review we have received from brides, their loved ones and their vendors has been glowing and detailed—warming our hearts while proving our trustworthiness when it comes to capturing renowned events.

Coverage Time

After a decade of capturing weddings, we have found that 6 hours of coverage is the ideal amount of time for a standard wedding day. There are occasions where a couple will need an additional hour or more, but that is dependent on what the overall plan for their day comes down to. This is why we custom create every timeline with the couple to decipher if additional time will be needed or not. Just knowing the basics you are planning for your day, we are able to guide you to which package would be the best selection. If an additional hour is needed to be added at booking or later down the road, the coverage fee is $500/hour. We always make sure each wedding gallery represents the full day with all of the most important moments captured and don’t believe in couples booking more than they truly need!

Our Shooting Style

We love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when we will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you won't even notice that we are there. We teach our couples how to pose, model and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us! We always love utilizing the venue you have chosen so we will make sure your personal couple portraits are unique!

We can describe our style in three simple words: Dreamy, Romantic, Timeless.
Dreamy because we capture our work in a very light and airy fashion. While we still love a moody shot every now and then, our main work consistency conveys a dream-like charm.
Romantic because we love having our clients interact with one another in a more candid fashion while they are posed in an intimate stance. The knowing smiles and scrunched noses from giddy giggles are our favorite element to capture.
Timeless because our work is classic and elegant, two things that will stay in style for eternity. We love shooting film photography as well as digital photography so we do our best to match our digital work to our film work. Film is timeless, with its soft coloration and beautiful textures, emulating the essence of forever.

Booking

We only book a small number of weddings per year so be sure to ensure that you are on our list! Once Kat has answered any questions you may have and you have decided that our Wedding Experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, the next steps are quick and easy. We will send you an email with a link to our digital contract as well as a separate email from Square with the link to pay your 50% retainer fee. The final payment will be due no later than one month prior to the wedding date. We are not able to hold a wedding date without the submitted contract and retainer so completing these in a timely manner is essential to securing your wedding date on our calendar.
