Your sessions will be held during the months or seasons you select on your contract! They will be held M-F but you have the option to upgrade any session at the time of scheduling to a weekend date for $50/session. This is a 50% discount from my standard upgrade fee!

Absolutely not! I’m sure you’ve noticed in past galleries that I tend to over-deliver! This will be the same for your galleries in the bundle! I’ll still be delivering 20-100 images per hour so you have plenty to choose from!

The nice thing about having the bundled plan means you already know when your sessions are coming up so you can plan ahead! But if life gets in the way closer to your selected session, I totally get it. We can push you over to the next season or utilize the session in another way! For instance, just photos of the kids or new headshots for you! The possibilities are endless. The session has to be redeemed within the calendar year.

I always love when families want to include the grandparents, cousins, etc! If you would like to upgrade one of your sessions to include bonus loved ones, you can do so at the time of scheduling the seasonal session at a discounted rate of $150/session. This is a savings of $300+ based on my standard rate for extended family sessions!

Just respond to my email (or send me a text if that is easier) letting me know which bundle you would like to book! I will email over the contract link and the Square invoice for the full investment. Once both are submitted, you will officially be on my tracking list!

Since I will be tracking the sessions based on your preferred season/month, all bundles need to be solidified by 12/31/24.

Not a problem at all! You will still be able to book a session with me anytime next year. Obviously, you are one of my top clients, so I would be thrilled to work with you whenever it is feasible for you!

If you choose to book a bundle this year, you will automatically be offered to renew at the end of 2025 at the current rate you are locked in with! I will be able to gauge if I can add more families at the end of 2025 to the bundle plan but the pricing and inclusions might look different if offered again.

I completely understand and do not want you to miss out on this because of financials! Be sure to let me know at booking that you are needing to do a payment plan so I can set up your invoice accordingly. I am happy to create a payment plan for you where 50% will be due at signing to secure your spot with the non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining 50% would be due by 1/31/25.
If you have special circumstances and need a customized payment plan, please don’t hesitate to ask so we can come up with something together.
