This time last summer, we were capturing Lexy and Sean’s beautiful wedding day! It was (way) hotter than the weather we were blessed with for this awesome anniversary session so that was a huge bonus! It was the perfect night filled with a light breeze, lovely golden light flooding through the trees and two adorable pups that were full of kisses! I am so glad I was able to reconnect with these two and catch up on what has been happening during their first year as Mr & Mrs! Already looking forward to the next time our paths meet!

Madison and her siblings decided to surprise their parents with a sweet anniversary session after her own family portraits and it turned out so dreamy! We met at one of my favorite parks for a sunrise session on a cool summer morning and held her family session before her siblings and parents arrived to join the shoot. They all were dressed perfectly to match the organic wildflower fields. The sun rose in a pure white and threw golden beans all around—my favorite setting! I had such a great time working with this beautiful family! It was a fabulous start to my day!

This week marks Emily and Jack’s first wedding anniversary and my how the past year has flown by! It literally feels like just yesterday, we were capturing their romantic, rustic Indiana wedding. I had so much fun catching up with these two and laughing throughout their entire session. Marriage definitely looks good on these lovebirds!
